4. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rhinopm.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. SMS & Text Message Communications

Customer Care / Transactional Messages. By providing your mobile number and checking the customer care consent box on our chat widget or forms, you authorize Rhino Precision Marketing LLC (d/b/a RhinoPM.ai) to send you informational and transactional text messages and place calls, possibly using automated means. These may include responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry. Message frequency varies. Promotional Messages. 9. Payment & Billing

If you purchase a subscription or service from Rhino Precision Marketing, LLC:

  • All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rhino Precision Marketing, LLC does not warrant that:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhino Precision Marketing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
